Community
Supported Agriculture : (also called CSA)
This
is a concept that links consumers with local organic farms. The consumer
becomes “a partner” in the farm by buying a share of
the produce in advance. The participating market garden farms deliver
baskets of mixed vegetables each week to different drop off points
in local communities. Known as “panniers bio” in French.

Bed and Breakfast

with no more than five rooms at the location. Farm activities are
also offered and these will differ according to the type of production
and livestock on the farm. Known as “Gîte du Passant” in
French.
Country style dining approved by the Fédération
des Agricotours du Québec

of meals made mostly of products from the farm. Share the farmers
passion for agriculture with a guided tour of the farm. By reservation
